John H. Kennedy, AICP
Principal Planner | Founder
With over 45 years of expertise in land use and zoning, John H. Kennedy has led projects across 22 U.S. states and 2 Canadian provinces. As the founder of Kennedy & Associates, John approaches every project with a collaborative spirit, connecting clients with engineers, architects, and attorneys to ensure seamless execution.
He earned a B.S. in Environmental Design from the Philadelphia College of Art and is an active member of AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners), APA (American Planning Association), PPA, and ULI. Committed to serving his community, John has spent 27 years on two Planning Commissions and contributed to initiatives like the Lower Salford Trails Committee and the Montgomery County Transportation Authority.

Kelly Reilly, AICP
Senior Planner
With 18 years of experience in land development, real estate, and permitting, Kelly Reilly is an expert in guiding projects through complex review and approval processes. Her practical, community-focused approach helps clients navigate zoning and permitting hurdles efficiently and effectively.
Having been part of Kennedy & Associates for over 8 years, Kelly is a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She is deeply passionate about sustainable design that aligns the needs of developers with the vision of the communities they serve.

Sidney Ramsey Walker, PLA, ASLA
Senior Landscape Architect
Bringing 29 years of experience in master planning, design, and construction, Sidney Ramsey Walker is known for his creative and sustainable approach to landscape architecture. From master-planned communities to golf courses and redevelopment projects, Sidney’s work spans both North and South America.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.L.A., Cum Laude, Sidney is a Registered Landscape Architect in Pennsylvania and an active member of ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects). His dedication to landscape ecology and environmental restoration reflects Kennedy & Associates’ commitment to resilient, community-driven designs.
